Stri Dharma - April 2026
Namaste, dear sisters.
We're happy to announce the fourth batch of the Stri Dharma online course, starting 5th April 2026 (Sun). This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen the understanding of your Svadharma as a woman, and also connect with like-minded women on a spiritual journey.
The complete course will run across 15 weeks, with Live Online Classes held every Sunday evening from 4 PM to 6 PM IST (India time). For the convenience of students from other countries, we will have an additional time slot from 6 AM to 8 AM (IST) every Sunday.

Course details, books covered, eligibility criteria, application form and the last date for submission are given below. Please take time to read carefully before signing up.
About the Course.
The Strī Dharma course is an incredible exploration that brings to life the sacred teachings of the 18th-century saṃskṛtaṃ compilation titled Strīdharmapaddhatiḥ by Pandit Trayambakayajvan, now beautifully translated into English by Sinu ji.
This course serves as a profound revelation of the subtle (adṛṣṭa) understanding of dharmaśāstra rules tailored specifically for women. It beautifully intertwines science and spirituality, addressing all facets of a woman's life - her daily routine, biological needs and spiritual growth as guided by the sacred Veda and śāstra injunctions. It is, undoubtedly, the most important sacred Hindu text for women to live in alignment with their dharma.
During the course, you will be directly interacting with the author and discussing the deeper essence of the teachings of the sacred Hindu texts covered as part of this book. You will also have the guidance of a compassionate team of voluntary mentors who have been part of the earlier batches and have come forward to help other women in this journey. To know more about the Strī Dharma book, visit our home page. If you would like to know what participants from the previous batch had to say about the course and the book, take a look at these reviews. To know more about the author and her other books, visit the author page.
Education and learning in ancient Bhārat were regarded as sacred pursuits, free from the constraints of monetary transactions. The blessings of Saraswatī Devī, the embodiment of sacred knowledge, will be bestowed only when there is a sincere pursuit of jñāna for its own sake. Therefore, the course on Strī Dharma will remain free of cost for all participants.
Eligibility Criteria
While there is no monetary charge to join the course, participants are expected to make a strong commitment to achieving the course's objectives. Please review the eligibility criteria below to ensure you meet the requirements before signing up.
Age & Gender
This course is designed only for women aged 18 or above.
Preparation
Participants are required to read 'Rtu Vidyā' before starting the course. The books 'Varṇa Vidyā' and 'Stri Dharma Paddhatih' will be studied as part of the course. Participants are advised to purchase the books beforehand to avoid delay in receiving the books once the course starts.
Those residing in India, can purchase directly from the publisher at this link - Buy from Notionpress.
The books are also available worldwide on Amazon and Kindle, and can be found by searching with the title or author's name.
Time Commitment
Participants should commit to set aside around an hour every day for the study of the book "Strī Dharma Paddhatiḥ" and to watch the related discourses that will be provided. Attendance is mandatory for the live online class every Sunday.
Being mindful
Students should remain mindful that this is a study of a sacred text. In the ancient days, such teachings were selectively imparted only to a few students by the Rishi-s. Therefore, those who are disrespectful towards the sacred teachings of the Veda-s and śāstra-s, or have a casual approach to the course because it is free of charge, will be removed from the course and barred from re-taking the course in future. Those who fail to complete the required study and are absent for two or more live sessions, or drop out mid-way, will not be allowed to re-take the course for another year.
Commitment to follow Dharma
Participants should commit to follow a way of living that is aligned with Dharma and try their best to practice the teachings of Strī Dharma, to the extent permitted by external circumstances.
