यह पाठ्यक्रम एक प्राचीन संस्कृत ग्रंथ ‘स्त्री धर्म पद्धति’ पर आधारित है। इसमें वेद, शास्त्र और पुराणों से लिए गए महत्वपूर्ण श्लोक संकलित हैं, जिनमें स्त्रियों के लिए आह्निक धर्म और सामान्य धर्म का वर्णन किया गया है।
